As stated in L.62 / 2001, L.416 / 1981 and L.47 / 1948 (art.2), the publication of “CDM – Heaven of the Month” is not an editorial product and remains outside the constraints that govern it Registration with the competent court. “CDM – Heaven of the Month” is widely distributed to the public on paper and on the web without regularity, does not include scheduled programming, is not distributed to a general public, and never for commercial purposes.
Its purpose remains exclusively for information accessory and supplementary to the visits to the planetarium of Via Giusti 29 in Florence and to the laboratory activities of the premises of the Science and Technology Foundation.
